3 whole Pork Lau Lau (approximate weight of 12oz each).
Keoki’s Lau Lau is one of Hawaii’s favorites. A generous portion of pork shoulder and a piece of Black Cod is hand wrapped in both Luau leaves then Ti leaves before steamed to perfection. After warming up, remove the outer Ti leaves then place the Lau Lau on a plate. Enjoyed best with a splash of Park’s Brand Chili Pepper water and Halms Brand Pickled Onions.
For best results, reheat the lau lau in a steamer or in a large pot using a steamer basket.
If using a microwave, cover the Lau Lau with moist paper towels.
